Role Summary:
Focused on talent acquisition, the candidate must have strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various retail and Bataan roles. The officer will also support employer branding and onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within retail or high-volume hiring environments
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver quality hires within set timelines
- Knowledge of best recruitment practices is a must, and of labor laws is a plus.
- Amenable to visit in Bataan.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
