DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles to include sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, and handover for onboarding.
- Understand technical role requirements, including tools certifications, systems, and business-critical skills, to build accurate sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using various platforms and job boards.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical assessments or panel interviews.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on compensation, demand, and availability of tech talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses via the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring or upcoming technical roles.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Marketing team to support employer branding for IT and tech functions.
- Provide supervision to the members of the recruitment team.
- Perform and record coaching sessions with recruiters.
- In addition, other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of technical roles and concepts: IT Support, Helpdesk, Network/Systems Admin, Infrastructure, etc.
- Experience in high-volume or ramp-up setting is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics, able to manage trackers and dashboards with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and committed to continuous learning.
