Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, which includes managing office tasks and producing reports, keeping track of and preparing daily attendance and personnel records for each employee, and working with the payroll accountant on any payroll-related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
- Generates monthly timekeeping reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, and Overbreaks) as needed.
- Verifies perfect attendance record for qualification of perfect attendance bonus.
- Monitor & update daily attendance of all employees and send reports to Operations and other departments as needed.
- Closely coordinates with Payroll Accountant regarding payroll disputes and other related
- concerns.
- Handle employee’s concerns/issues related to timekeeping.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years of HR Timekeeping experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and can maintain a positive and professional attitude toward handling employee feedback and concerns
- Must be keen on details
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to work on holidays
- Willing to work full-time on-site
- Willing to work the night shift
