Job Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with billing, troubleshooting, product support, and general inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and accurate responses.
- Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards.
- Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Strong communication skills required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing speed of at least 30 WPM).
- Willing to work night shifts & weekends (if needed).
- High school diploma or higher (Fresh grads welcome).
