Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Relation - Discipline
- Assists in implementation of policies, rules and regulations if they are carried out properly and observed by all employees.
- Prepares violation reports to employees with offense that violates the Company Code of Discipline and other Company policies.
- Receives violation reports from different sections and conducts initial determination.

- Preferably college graduate major in Psychology or Behavioral Science
