Education:
- Graduate of Psychology / BS Administration in Human Resource or any related course
Experience:
- With Minimum 1 year experience in HR related tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and other clerical tasks
Skills :
- Exceptional in Communication Skills (Verbal/written)
- Attentive to details
- Knowledgeable in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PPT)
- Can work with minimal supervision
Job role:
1. Recruitment of workers and staff for Davao projects as may be directed by the HR Officer. Source for qualified candidates for current open roles. Serve as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end including onboarding and orientation.
2. Do Timekeeping and make sure to verify the logs in the Timesheet.
3. Compute the payroll of project workers.
4. Process ATM cards of all new employees and workers.
5. Receive and handle complaints of staff/workers. Coordinate with HR Officer in the proper handling and resolution of complaints.
6. Prepare and issue a Notice to Explain (NTE) to workers or employees who do not follow the Code of Discipline
10. Monitor total manpower employees every cut-off.
