Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
