Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in sourcing needed manpower requirements and on boarding activities
2. Responsible in the updating of current listings of contractual employees and providing copies to Department for their reference.
3. Responsible in the issuance of Notice to Explain in violations of company rules and regulation. Forward filled up Explanation to Department Manager and Personnel Manager for action.
4. To perform other task as may be required by my immediate Superiors.
5. To follow and uphold all Company Rules and Regulation, Health and Safety Procedures and the company’s Quality Policy.
Job Requirements
· Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or any related field
· Preferably with experience on the said field
· Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
· Basic knowledge of labor laws
· Good communication skills and computer literate
· Good Analytical skills
· With good leadership skills and the ability to relate well in all levels of the organization
· Willing to relocate in Trece Martires, Cavite or in a nearby place
