The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording employee work hours, managing attendance data, and preparing timesheets or reports for payroll processing. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all filed VL, SL, BL, offsets, amendment forms, and other timekeeping-related forms
- Input the bi-monthly departmental schedule of all sections and departments
- Keep track of all the overtime files and prepare them for payroll processing
- Print and review the DTR of all employees, outsourced, and resident doctors for payroll processing
- Assist the payroll coordinator in all payroll-related disputes
- Monitors the tardiness and meal breaks DTR of all employees. Submit a report to Chief HR for possible violators
- To monitor the absences of employees before and after holidays
- Maintains all the necessary trackers of timekeeping and coordinates with the Chief HR for updating
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards and helping with engagement activities organized by the management
- To check the meal break time card of all the employees
- To do other jobs that may be assigned by the management or the immediate superior
Qualifications
- At 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related field
- Can work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
