- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative functions (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered)
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and standard recruitment processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
