We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Member.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of a Human Resource Management or related course
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks
- Help implement company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
