- Assisting with the administration of HR Operations including policies and procedures
- Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, 201 filing and management, and document management
- Assist in the Timekeeping of the Daily and Monthly-paid employees
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assisting with the organisation of HR-related events and training sessions
- Providing general HR-related information and guidance to employees
- Supporting the HR team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
