Qualifications

Primary Technical and Functional abilities:

1. Expert (configuration, troubleshooting) in Linux OS, eDirectory, IDM Console and NetIQ Access Manager.

2. Knowledgable and has experience in novell services and applications not limited to eDirectory.

3. Have a solid experience and understanding of LDAP, Apache Tomcat, NDSD service and LINUX OS.

4. Experienced eDirectory administration.

5. Deep technical knowledge and experience on core infrastructure services including (but not limited to) eDirectory and Active Directory.

6. Working experience with Linux OS and automation.

7. Knowledge in ITIL framework

8. Knowledge in MS SQL Server Management Studio

BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:

1. 5 or more years experience in infrastructure specifically to novell products and Linux OS.

2. Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession

3. Experience in International scope

4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking mandatory (Italian reading would be appreciated)

Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Essilor Shared Services Philippines Inc. ESSPI is looking for an expert in Novell eDirectory.

As a member of the Infrastructure Shared Services Center, the Identity Management - eDirectory will represent his/her department towards the Business Units and project teams and will assure a determining role in the management, support, maintenance, implementation, administration and lifecycle management of eDirectory Application and Infrastructure platforms.

He/she will be positioned as a level # in the organization, using his/her expertise for ultimate level of escalation in case of incidents and for the contribution in the qualification of new solutions, assisting in the deployment. The role is broadly split between providing day-to-day-operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.

His experience Novell - eDirectory is expected and mandatory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Build, deploy, maintain and document changes in eDirectory environments.

● Will assist in projects involving migrations of servers and applications of Novell not limited to eDirectory.

● Senior level of operational support on troubleshooting, requests and incidents.

● Reporting and communication

● Propose, contribute, assist in new implementations of all eDirectory components such as

○ Managing and creating drivers.

○ Deploying logics for auto provisioning or synchronizing of users to different application and domains.

○ Migrations

○ Automation and Optimization

● Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the eDirectory platforms.

● Assist in cleaning up and managing accounts by adopting to the correct identities.

● Analyzing account information and data extraction using an in-house application (iGlobalUsers).
