Job Description:

Author of IMS group related Management System documents for review and approval.
Compose and revise as draft version of common management system document/s for review and approval.
Operate and do basic troubleshooting of E-doc system.
Compose and revise as draft version of the training and examination materials for the conduct of IMS trainings.
These are for review and approval by superiors
Prepare the IMS reports for Management Review and for IMS meetings with analysis of issues and its proposed improvement actions. These are for review and approval by superior.
Formulates Internal Audit Calendars (System Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit) of the company.
Formulates Internal Audit Calendars (System Audit, Process Audit & Product Audit) of the company.
Conducts Internal Training on Tsukiden Regulations, ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 & Auditors Training. Creates Training Module of the same.
Make and implements special or improvement projects for the group.
Schedule & conduct Supplier Audit/s & monitors the effective implementation of improvement actions by Suppliers.
Conducts Line Approval audit for new customer as part of pre-production activity.
Follow up the effective closure of Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) identified improvement actions endorsed by Marketing group.
Facilities & coordinates the effective conduct of regular IMS activities such as Project Improvement Team (PIT), Individual Kaizen Activity (IKA), Slogan contest, Poster Making Contest, Skills
