Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a relevant field.
Minimum three (3) years experience in similar role.
Proficient with MS Office applications and HRIS tools.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits, employment & labor law, benefits program administration, and payroll processes.
Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communications skills
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
Superior attention to detail and has a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality
Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
