Job Title: Inbound/Outbound Staff
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Job Summary:
The Inbound/Outbound Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping paper and plastic products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of paper and plastic products, verifying quantities and product conditions.
- Check products for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and inventory control.
- Update inventory records and warehouse management system (WMS) to reflect received products.
Outbound:
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify order quantities, product types, and packaging to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Load products onto trucks or containers, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
- Update WMS and inventory records to reflect shipped products.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
- May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- May work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
