We're Hiring! | Inclusive Finance Unit Head
Work Location:
Units 1 & 2 Altum Terra Bldg., Morada Ave., Mataas na Lupa, Lipa City, Batangas 4217
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Inclusive Finance (IF) teams to achieve or exceed loan release targets.
- Ensure strong portfolio quality through high collection efficiency and low NPL/PAR ratios.
- Conduct performance monitoring, staff coaching, and productivity training.
- Analyze markets and implement targeted lending strategies.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies (BSP, AMLA, etc.).
- Promote client satisfaction via surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Cultivate a performance-driven and accountable team culture.
- Provide timely reporting and escalate policy breaches as needed.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or microfinance operations, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven success in loan portfolio management and meeting lending targets.
- Strong understanding of microfinance models and credit assessment.
- Skilled in NPL/PAR tracking and portfolio quality management.
- Effective leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSP guidelines, AMLA) is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Must have a valid riding license.
