Qualifications
Educational Background
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, ITIL) are highly desirable.
Experience
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
· Proven experience in managing software development projects and teams.
Skills and Competencies
· Strong technical knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
· Experience with programming languages and development frameworks.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of software development tasks.
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
