JOB OBJECTIVES: Leads staff during shift to achieve the highest level of customer service and food quality responsible for efficient completion of all assigned shift administrative duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieves quality and/or service depending on shift assignment
Quality- leads production team to achieve highest standards of product quality
Ensures that product is always available during shift; food preparation time is always achieved
Service-leads the front liners/ servers to achieve the highest standards of customer service and food serving time is met. Interacts with customers and attends to their needs
2. Monitors cleanliness all the time
Ensures that “clean as you go” is practiced by all team members and other store personnel;
Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation levels.
3. Implements travel path regularly and directs team members to attend to identified deviations and store needs
4. Ensures that scheduled team member training is accomplished during shift. Provides coaching whenever needed.
5. Provides motivation and coaching to team members to lead them to higher standard levels.
Ensures that discipline is also maintained during shift
6. Responsible for manpower positioning during shift. Ensures that proper manning and positioning is implemented and that adjustment are done to avoid problems and/or bottlenecks
7. Ensures that proper (clear and complete) shift endorsement is accomplished at all times for each incoming manager on duty
8. Ensures that all checklists and shift admins requirements are done and completed at the end of the shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
