Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web, desktop, and business applications using modern technologies
• Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, external and internal communication, and providing meaningful feedback to customers on a regular basis
• Provide technical guidance, feature explanation, and coding best practices
• Create and maintain knowledgebase materials dedicated to operational efficiency and user empowerment
• Design and implement technology-driven solutions to improve internal systems, automate tasks, and drive innovation
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development practices and architecture
• Work within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment to build and deploy scalable applications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of development experience, with prior experience in Customer or Technical Support
• FOR INTERNAL/VXI EMPLOYEES ONLY - Must be a regular employee of VXI
• FOR INTERNAL/VXI EMPLOYEES ONLY - Must be a regular employee of VXI At least 6 months tenure in current position
• FOR INTERNAL/VXI EMPLOYEES ONLY - Must be a regular employee of VXI No pending or existing DA case
