DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts scheduled audits and emergency audits when commissioned by the Management
- Analyzes work flows and procedural risk factors to safeguard business operations; recommends corrective/preventive actions to strengthen internal control.
- Reviews compliance of records and other documents to company-established policies, work processes and standard procedures; Issues audit findings, as necessary.
- Prepares audit reports with recommendations for improvement; communicates audit findings to the Management and employees concerned.
- May perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

- Supervises associate auditors.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or any business-related course; Preferably a certified internal auditor, but not required
- With FMCG experience is a PLUS
Minimum Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years extensive experience in audit.
Competencies:
- Must have a full grasp and appreciation of the audit function in an organization.
- Must be knowledgeable with audit standards, legal compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Must be analytical, keen to details and can work independently.
- Must have proven problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
