The Inventory Analyst ensures FSC-wide inventory accuracy and compliance by implementing and monitoring standard practices, conducting audits, validating reports and transactions, and leading problem-solving initiatives. The role supports monthly counts, system audits, and adjustments, manages compliance with service agreements, and sustains best practices through training, coordination, and special projects, while serving as a super user of WMS platforms (Aquila, SAP, Honeywell).
The ideal candidate for the role is a college graduate in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a business-related course, with strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills. Preferably with at least a year of relevant experience in Inventory. They possess strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
