The Inventory and Fixed Asset In-Charge is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and safeguarding the company’s inventory and fixed assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy of stock levels across all PCA Branches and Clinics.
- Monitor stock movements, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams for inventory replenishment.
- Maintain fixed asset register, including acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile with accounting records.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation of all fixed assets.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules related to inventory and fixed assets.
- Generate inventory and fixed asset reports for management decision-making.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize inventory management and asset utilization.
Qualifications:
- Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is an advantage
- Any Bachelor's Degree, willing to be trained.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory and/or fixed asset management (preferably in a similar industry).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, fixed asset accounting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
