CastleKeep Holdings, the holdings company of Skygo Marketing Corp., Trendwell Motors OPC, and several other business units, is expanding and we are looking for Inventory and Warehouse Management Supervisor.
Brief Description and Purpose of the Position:
An Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the storage, organization, and distribution of motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories. This position involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient logistics processes.
Competencies:
People and Performance Supervision
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring and training and performance management
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a productive and cohesive team
Budget Monitoring and Control
- Align budgetary goals with overall company objectives and financial strategies
- Monitor daily expenditures, including fuel costs, maintenance expenses, personnel costs, and other operational expenses
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvements within transportation and distribution processes.
Quality Supervision
- Conducts inspection to ensure that products processes and services meet predefined quality standards
Inventory Supervision
- Supervise and control inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs
- Conduct regular stocks audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Inventory Management (also monitoring, reviewing, and reporting): Ageing, Product Shelf Life
Warehouse Supervision
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of stocks both physical and in the system
- Strictly implements 5S and GWP
Order Processing Supervision
- Ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and picking of stocks
- Ensure compliance of complete documentation and timely updating of transactions in the system
- Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing orders.
Project Management
- Provides projects, programs and/or preventive/corrective action plans to improve/maintain excellent service performance
- Oversees the implementation and transition of multiple new projects and expansions
- Spearhead the planning and implementation of Projects and Programs undertaken by Logistics group
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze logistics data, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure to keep and secure all data, reports, and end to end monitoring and analysis (Data mining and profiling)
- Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of customer complaints related to service and delivery of logistics team
Documentation and Records Keeping Supervision
- Ensure compliance of the Transport Department with standard processes and procedures including the submission and compliance of reports
- Ensures complete and timely return of proof of deliveries
- Monitors and controls payment for 3rd party based on valid trips and agreed rates
Quality Supervision
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory
Process Improvement
-Identify and initiate continuous improvements in the logistics operations
-Assess and recommends process improvements to overall Logistics Operations, Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Order Management, Warehousing Management, Inventory Management, Transport, Distribution, POD and documentation
- Conducts research to keep abreast of the development in the supply chain industry
Effective Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders, including finance, marketing, and supply chain
- Build positive relationships and align transportation strategies with stakeholder expectations
Workplace Safety and Security Compliance Management
- Lead investigations into safety and security incidents
- Prepare incident reports, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios
Qualifications
- A graduate of Engineering or Management course
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- At least 1 year leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain principles, practices, and methodologies
- Proficiency in Logistics Software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
