MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
Directly responsible in posting and recording all warehouse transaction in, receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch. Ensure to maintain an accurate overall inventory record per item category and warehouse location plan.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
RECEIVING MANAGEMENT
- Prepare the Receiving Report (RR) for both International Shipment received from abroad based on the actual receiver form data
- Update the return To Vendor (RTV) master list based on items picked up by delivery team from clients.
- Transmit to Head office the copies of receiving report and file the warehouse copy.
- Encode all DR’s with Request For D received from head office in the morning is recorded in the CSL File.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Update the Overall inventory record and RTV Masterfile based on the prepared Receiving report.
- Transact the all warehouse transaction and other issuances to QA in the overall inventory file
- Record all put-away, to rack location and location to location transaction to warehouse location plan.
- Prepare and provide picklist of items for RFD picking
- Ensure that all movement of stocks, from staging location, to QA location, to rack location, is documented with a stock transfer form
- Prepare and provide inventory inquiry of head office
RELEASING & DISPATCHING
- Get the yellow copy of the Delivery Receipts and Gate Pass copy of all dispatched and released for the day and ensure to record the dispatched quantity and dispatch date to update the CSL record file. File per date all DR and gate pass copy
