Job Descriptions:
The Invoicing Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all customer invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves collaboration with various departments to verify billing information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice preparation.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers based on sales orders.
- Ensure all invoices are accurate.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices.
- Update customer accounts and billing information in the accounting system.
Qualifications:
- any 4 year business course.
- One to Two years proven work experience as an invoicing assistant is a plus factor, though we are open for fresh graduate.

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
