The IT Dispatcher role within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner is responsible for efficiently triaging incoming IT support tickets and serving as the initial point of contact for customers. This role involves gathering information from customers, generating tickets, and assigning them to the appropriate technical support personnel. Additionally, the IT Dispatcher ensures timely resolution of issues by diligently following up with customers and coordinating with the technical support team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer Science or related field
- Experienced administrative background
- Knowledgeable in Windows Operating system
- Must have an experience using ticketing tools.
- A Strong communicator and keen to details.
- Positive approach to customer and clients.
- Must be flexible to take on additional tasks to assist the client
- Prior experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT support environment is highly desirable.
- Amenable to work in Tayabas Quezon Province.
Job Description
- Monitoring team member task and schedules
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Triaging tickets served as first point of contact with customers.
- Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.
- Ticket generation and assigning, coordinate and follow up to see ticket status.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
