QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or allied course
- 1-2 years experience as IT Staff
- preferably 1-2 years Hospital exposure
- computer literate and proficient in all MS App
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware/software systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Possible training of junior staff
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
