Act as the primary source of expertise in core banking solutions, with in-depth
knowledge of the software and its capabilities specifically on the following systems :
Customer Information System, Tellering System, Deposit Management System,
Loans Origination and Portfolio/Management Systems for both Retail and Corporate,
Collateral Management, Remittance System, General Ledger and Accounting System,
Reporting System.
Integrate with the Payment Ecosystem and know the Business, Consumer and
Technology Trends, Regulations and Digital Business Models.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to
core banking systems. Ensure that the core banking system remains compliant with
all relevant banking regulations and standards. Monitor changes in regulatory
requirements and implement necessary updates to the system.
Provide subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software
development life cycle. Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of
technical solutions.
Analyze and resolve complex issues within the core banking system, propose
innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for
process optimization and system enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders and
interact with the technology team to implement and refine features.
Prepare Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document,
Process Diagrams, User Stories and Test Cases that deliver optimal and measurable
business results. Plan the features and details with specs, create prototypes,
wireframes and screens.
Ensure that all business requirements are testable and can be mapped on the
Functional Specification Document. Also ensure that these requirements are clear
and understood by all the stakeholders of a project.
Prepare Feasibility Study, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis and prioritize requirements.
Conduct product walkthrough, product parameterization, presentation,
implementation, End User Training and User Acceptance Testing for various
stakeholders
