Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and business continuity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (DRP) plans.
- Oversee cybersecurity controls, conduct risk assessments, and monitor emerging threats.
- Ensure IT risk governance aligns with enterprise policies and BSP requirements.
- Manage third-party risk, ensuring vendor compliance with security and continuity standards.
- Provide reports on IT and BCP risks, integrating insights into strategic decisions.
- Lead IT risk and BCP training programs to enhance organizational awareness.
- Support project teams by integrating risk considerations into new initiatives.
- Assist the Head of Risk with regulatory coordination and special assignments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in IT risk management, BCP/DRP, cybersecurity, or IT audit within financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of BSP regulations, IT governance, and business continuity frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and incident management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Continuity, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CBCP, or equivalent.
