We're Hiring: Regulatory Compliance Manager
Location: Cavite (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift
Salary Range: ₱70,000 to ₱120,000 per month (depending on experience and market rate)
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-driven Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our organization’s compliance program. This role plays a vital part in ensuring full adherence to applicable laws, particularly regulations issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). While preference will be given to candidates from the banking or financial services sector, we also welcome professionals from other regulated industries with strong compliance backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Framework & Policy Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory expectations.
- Ensure all departments remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, particularly BSP regulations.
- Advise senior management and internal teams on compliance-related concerns and best practices.
- Represent the organization in regulatory engagements and industry-related forums.
- Track and assess the impact of legal and regulatory changes on bank operations.
Risk Management & Internal Monitoring
- Conduct internal reviews and audits to evaluate compliance performance.
- Collaborate on new product or service initiatives to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory audits and address findings in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of any identified compliance issues.
Team Management & Oversight
- Set strategic direction and performance targets (KPIs) for the compliance team.
- Supervise team development, workload planning, and performance management.
- Oversee team scheduling, leave approvals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Administrative & General Duties
- Maintain accurate records and reports on compliance activities and findings.
- Provide sound recommendations on regulatory impacts and improvements.
- Attend internal meetings, participate in training sessions, and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
