- Update financial records in the QuickBooks (QB) 2023 version, including balance sheets, income statements and other modules of the system
- Successfully migrate 2024 transactions of old version of QB to new version of QB
- Monitor and reconcile all transactions in the new version of QB
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.
- Functions in accordance with the established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
- Perform related work assignment.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig, Flexible time schedule
- Team Player and detailed oriented
- Can start asap
