Job Summary:
EAT PIZZA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with senior managers to ensure excellent service, smooth operations, and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including prep, service, and closing procedures
- Help manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Monitor quality of food and customer service throughout shifts
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Act as the go-to supervisor on shift in the manager’s absence
- Handle basic administrative tasks (inventory checks, shift reporting, opening/closing duties)
- Resolve minor customer complaints quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or foodservice role (supervisory experience is a plus)
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred:
- Familiarity with POS systems and shift reporting tools
- ServSafe or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,200.00 per month
