The Role

- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our volume hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the recruitment field and has some hands-on experience in handling candidate pipelines, screening applicants, and coordinating with hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles
- Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onsite 3 times a week
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
