Job Summary:
Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of company IT systems. Provide first-level support to users and ensure systems are updated and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic system checks and updates.
- Assist with user account setup and permissions.
- Provide first-level technical support to end users.
- Document issues and solutions.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability of network services.
- Assist in configuring routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related course.
- Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux systems.
- Eager to learn and work in a team environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in network administration or technical support.
