Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator / IT Administrator

Rate: Maximum of PHP 55,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and technically capable Helpdesk Administrator / IT Administrator who truly lives and breathes IT. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position that requires someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is eager to learn and grow in the IT space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support (remote and/or on-site) for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networks.
- Manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system with strong follow-through and documentation.
- Support and maintain Windows Server (2016 and above) and Windows OS (7, 10, 11) environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues with urgency and accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and account managers to gather information, provide updates, and relay feedback.
- Handle Apple product support and network troubleshooting (preferred).
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, support tickets, system updates, and client feedback.
- Report monthly performance and issue summaries to management.
- Work closely with account managers to align on client needs and resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Demonstrated passion for IT through personal projects, research, or certifications.
- Proficient in English with clear, professional communication (written and spoken).
- Experience using a ticketing system for IT support.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 or later, Windows 7/10/11, and Office 365.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented with excellent people skills.
- Able to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently, but also a strong team player.
- Willingness to work overtime or extend hours when necessary.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience supporting Apple devices and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with client-facing roles or working in an MSP or IT service provider setting.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)
- Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
- Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
- Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam
