I. JOB SUMMARY
The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling food items according to company standards. They ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality service while supporting smooth kitchen operations.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, measuring, etc.) based on recipes.
- Cook and assemble menu items in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure portion control and consistency in presentation.
- Kitchen Operations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to supervisor.
- Food Safety & Sanitation
- Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Team Support
- Assist co-workers during peak hours.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with team members.
- Support other areas of operations when needed.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School graduate or equivalent.
- With or without kitchen/food service experience (training provided).
- Knowledge of basic food preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, hardworking, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
