Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial records and regular reconciliations
- Coordinate vendor orders across hotel locations
- Perform regular accounting and reporting tasks

- Graveyard shift
Ideal Candidate
- At least one year Virtual Assistant/Admin, bookkeeping, or hotel operations experience (required)
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic accounting principles (required)
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines, strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with hotel PMS, QuickBooks, payroll, or vendor coordination (preferred)
