KITCHEN STAFF
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The EMPLOYEE shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:
· To perform all the tasks in the kitchen other than cooking and serving;
· To responsible for the hygiene of the kitchen and to clean the kitchen so the kitchen remains clean before the surprise inspections;
· To prepare the kitchen before the chefs arrive to cook;
· To remove the required ingredients from the pantry and to clean and cut the vegetables in advance;
· To assist the chefs if they require help;
· To fill up the positions of the absent staff and complete their duties;
· To report to the kitchen manager or the head chef;
· To train any new members of the kitchen staff regarding the work culture of the kitchen;
· To clean all the equipment that is used in the kitchen; and
· Perform other tasks that may be designated by the immediate head, the EMPLOYER, from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,560.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
