We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support the roasting section in a fast-paced food service environment. The role involves assisting with the preparation, handling, and support duties necessary for roasting meats such as soy chicken, pork, or duck. You will play a key part in ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist roasting cooks in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients for roasting (washing, cutting, portioning meats, mixing sauces, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of roasting equipment, utensils, and working areas
- Monitor and refill supplies as needed
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly
- Help with inventory and proper storage of food items
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure workstations are clean at all times
- Perform other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High school graduate or with equivalent experience
- With or without experience in kitchen or food prep (experience in roasting is a plus)
- Willing to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and standing for long hours
- Fast learner and team-oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can start immediately and willing to be assigned at various store locations

Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
