With at least 6 months of experience as a Kitchen Team Leader and able to manage a team
Job Summary
Responsible for the organizational and administrative functions of the kitchen department and the effective implementation of the Kitchen Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the kitchen department’s manning guide is maintained at all times.
- Makes certain that proper staff scheduling is observed daily.
- Objectively evaluates and monitors the work performance of all kitchen personnel.
- Prepares kitchen reports.
- Monitors and ensures that the kitchen standards on food quality, quantity portioning, safety and cleanliness, hygiene and grooming are observed at all times..
- Coordinates regularly the requirements of the kitchen department with other concerned departments.
