Job Requirements

At least a high school graduate

With at least 6 months of experience as a Kitchen Team Leader and able to manage a team

Job Summary

Responsible for the organizational and administrative functions of the kitchen department and the effective implementation of the Kitchen Standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the kitchen department’s manning guide is maintained at all times.
• Makes certain that proper staff scheduling is observed daily.
• Objectively evaluates and monitors the work performance of all kitchen personnel.
• Prepares kitchen reports.
• Monitors and ensures that the kitchen standards on food quality, quantity portioning, safety and cleanliness, hygiene and grooming are observed at all times..
• Coordinates regularly the requirements of the kitchen department with other concerned departments.
