As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Lead Generation Associate to help identify, qualify, and engage potential clients—playing a key role in fueling our growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Facebook, Instagram, email, calls, and SMS
- Communicate clear, accurate information about our products and services while resolving any concerns
- Track and document all customer interactions using our internal monitoring system
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and escalate high-potential leads
- Assist in refining the customer journey by compiling monthly feedback and performance reports
- Help update and maintain customer service templates and FAQs to address recurring questions and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, information technology or other similar fields
- Fresh grads welcome to apply
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok); experience in Meta Business Suite is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
