We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and setting qualified appointments with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain and update CRM records (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
- Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call-tracking tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Background in customer service or appointment setting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
