Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor;
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examinations and a licensed attorney.
- Preferably with experience in contracts and real estate;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and knows how to adjust in complex situations;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and G Suite;
- Articulate, dependable, and trustworthy to handle confidential information;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Deliverables:
- Land Acquisition. Drafts and reviews contracts (e.g., Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, Easement Agreements, etc.). This also includes reviewing due diligence requirements and ensuring that the documents are legally proper and complete.
- Assists the team (e.g. Property Management, Permitting & Compliance) in troubleshooting legal issues and recommend the best possible course of action with prevailing laws and jurisprudence as the basis thereof.
- Communicates with internal and external parties in the contract to properly explain the rights and obligations imposed by such legal instruments.
- Liaises with government agencies to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations promulgated by such entities.
- Studies relevant laws and ordinances and recommend possible actionable items to the team and ensure efficiency and effectivity of all activities within the company.
