Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer / In-House Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to our business operations, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate governance, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations while facilitating corporate transactions, managing legal risks, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the company’s industry and related legal issues.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be Willing to Report in Parañaque.
