Line Cook
Role Summary:
Prepares ingredients and dishes according to recipes and food safety standards, supporting the kitchen’s
daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare food items per production instructions.
● Maintain cleanliness and order in the cooking area.
● Monitor cooking times and quality of ingredients.
● Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines.
● Report equipment or ingredient issues to supervisors.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
● Vocational culinary certification or equivalent experience.
● Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling safety.
● Ability to follow recipes and portioning standards.
● Strong time management and coordination skills.
