- Education/Study: Bachelor’s/College Level, Vocational (Technical/Mechanical)
- Co-ordinates closely with the shift supervisor regarding production schedule and work priorities; scroll operator mechanic regarding scroll related problems; with Quality personnel to solve and detect line related problems; with Toolmaker for proper set up of die and tooling especially during changeover.
- Set up machine based on standard operating procedure to be able to achieve desired productivity and spoilage rate.
- Conducts preventive maintenance and lubrication of machine based on schedule and ensure that machines are on top conditions at all times
- Records downtime, problems encountered and corrective actions taken in his assigned shift.
- Executes line changes over. Records cap specifications and conducts line clearance audit before proceeding to new job design and sizes.
- Checks proper die and press line set up.
- Troubleshoots machine as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and achieve utilization target.
- Measures cap dimension, record results and submit it to the Shift Leaders.
- Visually inspects caps to detect possible defects.
- Gives feedback to superior regarding current line problems that affects production and gives suggestions/ recommendations to solve the problem
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians the proper Pressco set-up and other electrical related problems.
- Ensures proper line turnover of machine status to incoming shift.
- Keeps the area clean by practicing 5S at the start and before end of shift
- Practice safety in performing duties.
- Performs other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
