Lofty Database Manager / Internal Sales Associates (Appointment Setter) to manage our client’s database and to cold call leads and set solid phone appointments with home buyers or sellers.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an ISA/Appointment Setter is required
- Cold Calling experience in US real estate
- In depth Lofty knowledge is a must
- Excellent English Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Easily adapts to changes
- Detail Oriented
- Has no issues using trackers
- Can work at US Time Zones
Requirements:
- Personal Desktop/Laptop with at least Core i5 or above (at least 4GB RAM)
- High-speed and stable internet connection
- Back-up Internet Connection
- Wired headset with built-in microphone (preferably noise-canceling)
- Back up or second location for power outage required
- At least 2 references required for interview
Pay Rate: $5 /Hourly rate
