Responsibilities:
- Design and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, customs clearance, and 3PL relationships
- Manage multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Optimize warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and system controls
- Implement and manage ERP/WMS platforms
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates
- Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, project, CMO and finance departments
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, customs, transport laws)
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Monitor and improve health, safety, and environmental practices
- Close coordination with Market unit CMO/Logistics, Project, Service, Sales and Finance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- 7–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3
- years in a managerial role
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Experience in managing P&L and budgeting for logistics operation
